Did you know that today’s workplace may consist of up to five unique generations? These generations often hold varying views on values work and success as shaped by formative experiences. A major pitfall in developing strong multi-generational teams are the common assumptions and generalizations made about each generation.  This session will provide best practices for empowering multi-generational teams to meet the demands of the 21st century workforce, workplace and marketplace. Participants will leave with an understanding of how to be a more inclusive leader of multi-generational teams.

In this session, we’ll explore how to launch your camp staff training with a powerful start, free from distractions of politics, drama, or social agendas. Our goal is to create a welcoming, focused environment where staff feel excited, motivated, and fully engaged in the camp’s mission: enriching campers’ lives through joy, teamwork, and authentic relationships.

By the end of this session, you’ll have a roadmap for leading the first 90 minutes of camp training in a way that energizes staff, minimizes distractions, and lays the foundation for a summer of impactful work with campers. Join us to ensure that your staff start strong, stay focused, and are ready to make the summer of 2025 the best yet!
