Fritz Seyferth has been coaching high-performance leaders and organizations for decades. As the longtime Board Chair of North American Camp Trust, he is familiar with the summer camp industry. At the outset, Fritz will offer his thoughts on how camp leaders can more often perform at peak effectiveness by reinforcing systems that support their camp’s culture. The remainder of the session will give attendees the opportunity to engage with Fritz on aspects of camp management and leadership that concern or interest them.
VOCE: Veterans of the Camping Experience
There is something for everyone at Tri-State, including those who identify as a VOCE, Veterans of the Camping Experience. If you have been in management roles at camp for at least five consecutive years with ultimate operational authority, we invite you to join us for two VOCE programs at Tri-State, designed by and for the VOCE community.
VOCE Programming & Lunch
The VOCE program costs $125 per person, which includes the two sessions with lunch. You may also attend just one of the sessions for $75 per person. Registration is required at least one day in advance.
