Thank you for your interest in becoming a speaker at the Tri-State CAMP Conference, the largest conference for summer camp professionals in the world. This premiere conference has over 3,300 attendees looking to learn and gain expertise from those within the industry as well as those from other businesses. If you feel you have knowledge to share that can benefit camp professionals and you are able to present this information in an engaging, inspiring and thoughtful way, we would like to hear from you!

You may download a proposal submission for the Tri-State CAMP Conference here. Please have your form submitted no later than October 10, 2025. After this date, we will begin planning out our sessions and no other submissions will be accepted.
