Evaluation Strategies that Speak to Gen-Z

This generation of staff members have different needs than those of generations past, so why are we still using the same tired strategies to properly evaluate their performance? This session will challenge participants to reimagine what staff evaluations can look like by better understanding the needs of our Gen-Z staff members. In this session we will discuss frameworks to develop evaluations that are rooted in individual goal setting, that celebrate growth and skill development, and that offer support where staff are lacking. This session will offer practical strategies for reimagining staff evaluations that will lead to an improved staff experience and help to increase staff retention.
